Biography

Autumn moonlight is the name of a project that eventually became a proper band. Founded by two young and talented musicians, guitarist Alejandro Tomas Barrionuevo and bassist Mariano Spadafora, Autumn moonlight has currently become an important reference of Post-Rock made in Argentina through the years, especially since the duo has disseminated its musical material in the Internet. Both musicians alone deliver the performances of their material: keyboards, orchestrations and drums parts are delivered through a VST Interface - that's all !!

The duo cites God is an astronaut, Mooncake, Sigur Ros and Toe as some of its major influences. The first version of the band's debut album "The Sky Over Your Shoulders" was released in 2009, initially distributed in audio format accessible to Internet users, but in early 2010, the album eventually also benefited from re-recording and post-production procedures, ultimately leading to a more formal mechanism of edition and distribution through Viajero Inmóvil Records label.

In 2012 they released their second album bearing the name "Alter reality".

At the end of the year 2017, finally his third album "Passengers" comes to light with a slight twist in his music.
