Diego Schissi Quinteto is an Argentine tango group, originally formed in 2009, by Diego Schissi (piano and composition), Guillermo Rubino (violin), Santiago Segret (bandoneon and voice), Ismael Grossman (guitar) and Juan Pablo Navarro (double bass).

After years of uninterrupted work, they have established as one of the foremost groups in contemporary Tango worldwide. Their approach derives from traditional Tango and from there it blends with Jazz and other contemporary music trends. They released 3 CD:

 - “Tongos”, 2010 (reisssued in 2012 by Sunnyside records, an American New York based label)

- "Tipas y tipos”, 2012 (winner of the Premio Gardel 2012 to the Best alternative Tango group)

- “Hermanos”, 2014 along with Aca Seca trío (a prominent Argentine alternative Folk group)

They also released a DVD “Tongos en vivo”, 2011. They toured in Argentina and around the world (France, Spain, Brazil, Uruguay and Colombia)

In 2016, they will release their fourth album “Timba”. They also plan a European tour in September and will perform in Panamá and Chile for the first time.
