The band was formed in 2013, by experienced musicians from the local scene of the Brazilian capital, Brasilia, located right in the middle of the country’s uplands. At first sight, you notice the Progressive Rock and Fusion influences to Área BSB’s music. However, as the album’s tunes play through the old gramophone, a distinct mix of Funk, Brazilian Popular Music, Afro/Ethnic percussive moods and Heavy Metal unfolds its veils.

Also worth of note to this awkward and original piece of work, are the peculiar lyrics. Written and sang with bits and bites of wicked and ionoclast humor, it flirts with Zappa’s acid ways.
