Oveja Negra were a Rock & Folk band in a similar sound vein to Nito Mestre and Canturbe. They formed part of the wave of new groups that emerged during Argentina’s return to democracy, after the last civic-military dictatorship of 1976-1983, and set themselves apart especially because of their excellent vocal harmonies.
